**Designation/Role**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Flexible - Work from home or office (Gurgaon)
**Working Days**: 5 Days
**Experience**: 2 - 4 years in the field of accounting and compliance function
- We are looking for an experienced Semi qualified CA professional

**What You’ll Do**
- Accounting & Bookkeeping_
- Assisting in maintaining the claim/billing process by verification of income with vendor/customer confirmation
- Generating invoices/Debit notes and account statements
- Clearing of receipts entries in vendor/customer account
- Maintaining requisite records and reconciliation across fields on defined timelines
- Ensure all the transactions are approved as per the authorization matrix and appropriate documentation & filing are maintained for every single accounting transaction
- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department
- Ensure all the requisite input is captured in operations
- Ensure cash flow is appropriately recorded for the organization's operations on a defined periodic basis

**Your Superpowers**
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant.
- Knowledge of working on Tally.
- Good command over Microsoft Excel with running all Formulas, Pivots, Macros, etc,
- MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with a tendency to learn new software,
- Must know Tally Software
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on thinker who will take up the responsibility for routine operations
- Dedicated individual with a zeal to drive and achieve results
- Keen analytic, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to the Organization’s mission
- Good verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organisation

GRIP focuses on the employed upper-middle class spectrum and aims to provide an effective alternative to these investors.
