**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-Commerce Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance online sales and improve customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
- **Product Management**: Oversee product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Sales Optimization**: Monitor and analyze online sales performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and execute strategies to drive sales growth.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance the online shopping experience by addressing customer feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), content management systems, and basic HTML/CSS. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytical tools is preferred.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
