**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Location**: Gurubagh, Varanasi

**Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our retail team. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for driving online sales through effective digital marketing strategies, managing the online store, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a keen understanding of e-commerce trends, digital advertising, and customer behavior to maximize revenue and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives.
- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and images.
- Optimize website content and layout to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset to develop innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
