**Customer Experience**: Focus on enhancing the overall shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processing.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Payment and Security**: Ensure secure payment processing and customer data protection in compliance with relevant regulations.
