Plan and execute **daily menus** for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks—balancing **nutrition, taste, cost, and creativity**:

- Work closely with the founders to create a **globally inspired, budget-conscious menu**:

- Maintain **high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness** in the kitchen at all times
- Ensure **timely meal preparation and service** for residents
- Manage **kitchen inventory, sourcing, and vendor coordination**:

- Train and supervise **kitchen support staff**:

- Work with the community team to incorporate resident feedback and host occasional **themed food nights or special meals**:

- Collaborate with the cloud kitchen team (e.g., for fried chicken or snacks) where applicable
- Keep the kitchen running **efficiently and cost-effectively**:

- Maintain **weekly reports on food quality, consumption, and waste**

**Who You Are**
- 2+ years of experience as a **chef or head cook** in a hostel, cloud kitchen, cafe, or hospitality environment
- Strong understanding of **nutrition, portion control, and cost-efficient cooking**:

- Familiarity with **global cuisines** and the ability to make simple, tasty, and hygienic meals
- Organized, calm under pressure, and excellent at time management
- Values cleanliness, discipline, and teamwork
- Experience in running a **cloud kitchen or multi-meal setup** is a plus
- Fluent in Hindi (English is a bonus)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
