**Job Description - SDR Executive**
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for many of our potential customers, playing a crucial role in generating qualified leads for our sales team. **Your Mission**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- **Qualification**: Determine if prospects are a good fit for our offerings by asking targeted questions and understanding their business challenges.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to further pursue sales opportunities.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- **Pipeline Development**: Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies.
**What You'll Bring to the Table**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Highly motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- A positive attitude and a passion for learning.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
