Web9 Solutions is looking for an efficient and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and optimize the online presence of our products across various e-commerce platforms. The E-Commerce Coordinator will handle product listings, monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the smooth functioning of our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce, excellent attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage relationships with affiliates and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online portals.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords are accurate and SEO-friendly to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure sufficient inventory levels across all platforms.
- Forecast product demand based on sales trends and seasonal fluctuations to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely shipping and accurate order processing.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to address and resolve any order-related issues, including returns and refunds.
- Track and analyze sales performance on all platforms, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and overall performance for management review.
- Maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms, staying updated on any new policies, tools, or promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand exposure and revenue.
- Identify and establish relationships with new affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns to meet set goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, product listing optimization, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹10,767.09 - ₹25,000.00 per month
