About the Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Online Ecom Boutique Coordinator to spearhead our digital retail expansion. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow our boutique-style ecommerce platform that will showcase limited edition drops and exclusive designs rather than maintaining a conventional inventory model.
Based in our Design Studio in Bangalore, you will work at the intersection of creativity and commerce, translating our artistic vision into compelling digital experiences that drive sales and brand loyalty. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage the entire ecommerce journey—from concept development through execution to fulfillment—with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**: Develop and implement the complete ecommerce strategy for our limited-edition drops model, aligning with brand vision and revenue targets
- **Digital Merchandising**: Curate online product presentations that showcase our designs with compelling visuals and storytelling
- **Content Creation & Management**: Oversee photoshoots, product descriptions, and digital assets creation within our design studio
- **Platform Development**: Manage our ecommerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience, mobile responsiveness, and seamless checkout flows
- **Sales Growth**: Contribute to revenue objectives by identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention through creative digital initiatives
- **Launch Coordination**: Orchestrate the entire product drop cycle—from pre-launch marketing to post-launch analysis
- **Order Fulfillment**: Establish and optimize efficient order processing, packaging, and delivery systems
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to increase conversion rates
- **Customer Experience**: Create personalized shopping journeys and develop exceptional post-purchase communication
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand presentation
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience managing ecommerce operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and optimizing conversion rates
- Experience with limited edition or drop-based ecommerce models highly valuable
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and content management systems
- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Fashion Management, or related field
- Experience coordinating product photoshoots and digital content creation
- Has a deep passion for fashion and understands the nuances of boutique retail
- Possesses both creative vision and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Shows meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Communicates effectively across teams and can translate design concepts into compelling online experiences
- Stays current with ecommerce trends and emerging technologies
