**Job Description -Junior Instructional / Course Designer**

Job Title: Junior Instructional / Course Designer

Location: Remote

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level

Stipend / Salary
- ₹10,000 - ₹3,00,000 per annum (based on skills and experience)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of training materials, course content, and instructional resources
- Support the development of e-learning courses for various audiences
- Conduct research to gather and organize relevant content for learning modules
- Design visually appealing and engaging course materials
- Communicate ideas clearly through both written and verbal formats

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic experience in creating online or instructor-led training courses
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Visual design skills (e.g., working with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc. (optional)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (optional)
