1. Planning and delivering lessons: Designing and preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs of students at various levels of understanding.

2. Teaching and facilitating learning: Conducting online sessions to teach concepts and principles of physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Explaining complex topics in a clear and concise manner, using various teaching methods, demonstrations, and visual aids to enhance understanding.

3. Assessing student progress: Evaluating students' knowledge and understanding through tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects. Providing constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.

4. Creating a positive learning environment: Fostering a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere where students feel motivated to learn. Encouraging student participation, answering questions, and addressing any difficulties or concerns they may have.

5. Individualised instruction: Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of individual students and providing additional support or enrichment as needed.

6. communication with parents: Communicating regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's academic performance and addressing any concerns.

7. Keeping up with developments: Staying updated with the latest advancements, research, and best practices in physics/chemistry/mathematics education. Participating in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**QUALIFICATION**:
1. Communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. The ability to explain complex concepts clearly, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback is vital.

2. Educational background: A bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a related field is typically required. For teaching at the higher secondary or college level, a master's degree may be preferred.

4. Teaching skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, break down concepts into easily understandable parts, and engage students in the learning process. Skills in instructional planning and assessment techniques are also important.

5. Experience: Previous teaching experience, whether through internships, student teaching, or full-time positions, can be beneficial. Experience in working with students of different ages and abilities is valuable for understanding diverse learning needs.
