**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Language Expertise**:

- Provide insight into cultural nuances, regional dialects, and linguistic differences across both languages.
- Conduct research on evolving language trends, usage, and norms in both Bengali and English.
- **Content Development**:

- Develop educational content, lesson plans, and language materials in both Bengali and English.
- Assist in creating bilingual content, including but not limited to textbooks, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of content in both languages.
- **Translation & Interpretation**:

- Translate complex documents, articles, and educational content between Bengali and English while maintaining meaning, tone, and context.
- Provide interpretation services, as needed, for meetings, training sessions, or events involving both languages.
- **Curriculum Design**:

- Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to create comprehensive language learning modules for both Bengali and English.
- Help in setting up language proficiency assessments and determining benchmarks for learner progress in both languages.
- **Training and Mentorship**:

- Offer training sessions for educators or content developers on language-related topics, including grammar, translation, language usage, and more.
- Mentor junior team members or language learners to enhance their skills in both Bengali and English.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and proofread Bengali and English language content to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Implement quality checks to align with the organization's language standards, ensuring content is error-free and professionally presented.
- **Collaboration**:

- Act as a linguistic advisor to ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging in both languages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
