**Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UGC-NTA NET Exam**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The SME will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining content for competitive exams, ensuring that our study materials are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the latest exam patterns and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Development: Develop and review study materials, including textbooks, question banks, and practice tests, for UGC-NTA NET/JRF.

2. Curriculum Design: Collaborate with instructional designers and educators to design comprehensive study plans and curriculum that cover all relevant topics and concepts for each exam based on the syllabus of the exam

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all study materials by conducting thorough reviews, fact-checking, and validation against exam standards and guidelines.

4. Research and Analysis: Stay updated on changes in exam patterns, syllabi, and question formats by conducting regular research and analysis, and incorporate this information into content development and revision efforts.

5. Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support to instructional designers, content developers, and educators on all matters related to exam content, ensuring that materials are of the highest quality and relevance.

6. Feedback Integration: Collect feedback from students, educators, and other stakeholders, and use this feedback to continuously improve and enhance study materials and resources.

7. Originality & Innovativeness. The materials, questions, answer key, detailed solutions and any other form of materials shared from the SME’s should be genuine, deeply researched and constructed from their own creative and academic ability. Originality of the materials and allied forms should be assured by the SME’s before the delivery of the same.

**Qualifications**:

- UGC-NTA NET/JRF Qualified
- Master's degree or higher educational qualification PhD preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of exam patterns, syllabi, and question formats for UGC-NTA NET Exam
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging study materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for content development and management.
