Ø Responsibilities and Duties

Ø Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.

Ø Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation

Ø Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.

Ø Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value

Ø Understand caller’s conditions and empathize helping them with appointments.

Ø Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

Ø Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
