Role & Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and Matching:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned families seeking care attendants. Skillfully match care attendants with families based on specific needs, preferences, and compatibility.
2. Supervision and Periodic Checks:

- Conduct regular check-ins with families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Supervise care attendants' performance, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain open communication channels between families and care attendants.
3. Emergency Situation Management:

- Establish protocols for emergency situations and be prepared to act swiftly when necessary. Coordinate ambulance services or doctor visits in case of emergencies. Provide reassurance and support to families during challenging times.
4. Relationship Building:

- Build strong, trusting relationships with assigned families and care attendants. Foster a supportive environment to enhance the overall caregiving experience.
5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of care arrangements, periodic checks, and emergency interventions. Generate reports on the status of assigned families and care attendants.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving, social work, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach in dealing with families and care attendants. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position.
- Care Advisors will be assigned a specific set of families to manage.
- Training will be provided to ensure a comprehensive understanding of Caregiver Saathi's processes and values.

**Salary**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
