Job Overview: As a Quality Control Specialist at Book Water Tech Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and adherence to regulatory requirements in the water supply production process. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain excellence in product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished water products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize testing equipment and methodologies to perform quality checks. Quality Control Measures: Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for the production process. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality checks seamlessly into the production workflow.

Testing and Analysis: Perform various tests, including chemical, physical, and microbiological tests, to assess the quality and safety of water products. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions if needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality control procedures, test results, and any deviations from established standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for documentation. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues, defects, or deviations. Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Collaboration with Production: Collaborate closely with production engineers and managers to address quality concerns and implement process improvements. Participate in production meetings to communicate quality control requirements.

Training and Awareness: Provide training to production and quality control team members on quality control procedures and best practices. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to water quality and safety. Ensure that the production process complies with all relevant regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the quality control processes. Implement measures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control activities.

Customer Feedback and Resolution: Collaborate with customer support teams to address quality-related customer feedback. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with procurement to establish and maintain quality standards for suppliers. Conduct quality assessments of incoming raw materials.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
