**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store/inventory section of the restaurant.
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of supplies, ensuring quantity and quality match purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms to ensure easy accessibility and safety.
- Maintain updated inventory records using manual logs and/or inventory management software.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reorders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Issue materials, ingredients, and supplies to kitchen and service departments as per requisition slips.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve supply issues.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts; report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the storage area.
- Minimize spoilage, waste, and pilferage through proper stock rotation and controls.
- Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, and finance teams for accurate inventory forecasting and budgeting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Storekeeper or Store In-Charge in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage storage standards (FIFO, temperature control, etc.).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or POS software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or hospitality is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
