We are hiring Customer Support Executive.

Exp - 2 to 3 Years

Location - Science City, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve service quality and customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to address customer needs and improve overall service processes.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to handle customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on product changes and enhance customer service skills.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
