**Job Purpose**
- His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted

for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to

consumers.
- He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
- He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site

technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
- He will the point of contact between company and customer in site upgradation and evaluation.
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints
- Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.
- Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
- Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate

their on-site proficiency
- Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian

Paints
- Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the

tier hierarchy
- Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors
- Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required

**Skills Required**:

- Basic excel
- Good communication
- Good convincing skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,400.00 per month
