Daily rounds of the outpatient department to ensure the readiness of the consultation rooms, cleanliness of the department and resource availability
- OPD scheduling of the consultant’s rooms
- To liase between the patient and clinical team & Administration.
- Interaction with the patients to address issues, if any
- Ensure that there is no delays in the appointment schedule. In case of any delays same to be communicated to the patient.
- OP feedback collection
- Reports to be prepared as directed by the HOD
- Accounts reconciliation to be done on a weekly basis
- Ambulance coordination for the patient transfer in and transfer out
- Inventory management in OP
- Patient Receiving from Admission desk
- Patient escort from admission desk to ward and briefing them about the facility and the discharge process for both insurance and cash patients.
- Baby gift to be issued to the patient after the birth and the same to be documented.
- Discharge summaries
- Coordination with Billing & Insurance Team. Preparing for the discharges a day before to reduce the discharge time.
- Checking on tentative bill amount of the patient and communicating the same. Ensuring that the bill is signed and advance is paid as per the regulations.
