**Job Description**:

Role: Policy Advisor

Process: Outbound process

Shift Pattern: Domestic Process (DAY Shift)

**Salary**: 4.5LPA

Location: HSR Layout

Age Criteria : No age bar

**Requirements**:

- Good command over written and verbal English and Hindi is mandatory
- Should be cooperative with rotational shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer queries via call
- Offering proactive assistance to customers
- Acquire and validate the information and provide it to the customers with full efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their need. Skills:

- Empathy and Adaptability
- Clear communication skills
- Patience
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹450,000.00 per year
