**Job Description: Customer Support Executive - ITI/Diploma Electronics**
**Position Title: Customer Support Executive**
**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assemble, install, and maintain electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits and devices efficiently.
- Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Conduct testing and quality checks on electronic components and systems.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and testing activities.
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrade of electronic systems.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all activities.
- Conduct soldering and desoldering of electronic components.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- ITI /Diploma certification in Electronics.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and circuit diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with electronic troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
**Work Environment**:
- Manufacturing units, service centers, or industrial facilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
