**Full job description**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Outbound Call Center Agent** to join our team. The agent will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential leads, setting up demos, and supporting the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to generate interest and schedule product demos.
- Conduct both **cold calls** (new prospects) and **warm calls** (leads showing prior interest).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the calling and lead qualification process.

**Essential Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent **verbal communication skills** In English and Hindi with clear and confident delivery.
- Strong **listening skills** to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
- **Persuasive ability** to influence decision-making and drive leads towards demos.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in outbound calling, tele sales, or call center operations preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an advantage.
- Minimum graduate degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,168.09 - ₹25,000.00 per month
