Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive

Location : Remote

Salary : Up to ₹20,000 in-hand per month

Experience : 1 to 4 years in international pre-sales

Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills required

Comfort Level: Must be comfortable engaging with international clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Support the pre-sales process by understanding customer requirements, conducting needs assessments, and recommending suitable solutions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific features.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Research and gather necessary information using available resources.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues or queries are resolved.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update and manage customer profiles in internal databases.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience and overall efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proven experience in international pre-sales roles.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing international client interactions.
- Proactive and organized with a keen eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

- Bachelor's (preferred)
