We are looking for **Sales Executive**who can join immediately.

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Rajkot

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Existing network of contacts in the construction or real estate industry

**Requirements**: 1 to 3 years’ experience in the building materials sector (e.g., cement, tiles, paint, steel, adhesives, plywood etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the local construction and infrastructure market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits
- Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure timely collections and coordinate with the accounts department
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

- Yearly bonus
