**Key Responsibilities:
- **
- Conduct marketing surveys and gather local market insights to improve sales and customer experience.
- Visit residential societies and local areas to promote **BigBasket’s subscription model** and onboard new customers.
- Interact with customers directly, resolve queries, and ensure a positive experience.
- Drive subscription model sales by explaining service benefits and creating awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, etc.) to execute field activities smoothly.
- Maintain and update sales data, trackers, and reports using **Excel/Google Sheets**.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve strategies.
**Requirements:
- **
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/field marketing/customer relationship management (FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in field operations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
