Job Title: Client Relations Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing members, understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance to enhance their membership experience.

Events and Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to organize and coordinate events, workshops, and seminars to educate members and attract new individuals and organizations to join our association.

Data Management: Maintain accurate member records, update the association's database, and generate reports on membership statistics, growth, and engagement.

Marketing Assistance: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including drafting promotional materials, social media posts, and newsletters to support membership recruitment efforts.

Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining relevant documents.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications, marketing) or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, sales, or member relations is preferred.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and build rapport with members and prospective members.

Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for providing exceptional service, resolving member issues, and meeting their needs.

Proactive and Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Title: Member Relations Assistant


**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
