Back Office Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. This role involves handling data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform data entry, record keeping, and file management.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
Assist in processing invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth workflow.
Handle internal communications and maintain the confidentiality of information.
Support HR and accounts teams in administrative tasks as needed.
Monitor and order office supplies or materials when required.
Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and retrieval of information.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
Knowledge of the Gujarati Language is a must.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Polite and Good Listener.
**Education & Experience**:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.), HSC passed can also apply.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in back-office or administrative work (freshers may also apply).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
