Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day back office operations and claim/networking support
- Preparing, checking, and submitting tender documents (GeM / e-procurement portals preferred)
- Coordinating with vendors, departments, and clients for tender-related requirements
- Maintaining records of tenders, quotations, invoices, and official correspondence
- Drafting emails, letters, and follow-up communications
- Managing data entry, MIS reports, and documentation
- Supporting claim, networking activities as required
- Performing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Key Skills Required:
- basic knowledge of tender documentation & online tender portals
- basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
- basic written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience
Working Hours: 10 Am to 7 Pm
Gender: Female
