**Position**: Back Office Executive.
**Location**: Mumbai, Bangalore.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and support various departments as needed.
- Manage data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updating databases and records.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all back office operations.
- Assist in inventory management, order processing, and documentation.
- Support the finance team with invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Contribute to the improvement of back office processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a back office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
