**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title: CRM Administrator**

**Job Timing**: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

**Job Location**: Dwarka, Delhi 110075

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹2,40,000 - ₹4,20,000 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Customize Fields, Forms & Modules.
- Configure business rules and approval processes, map existing sales, service into CRM structure.
- Customize Dashboards and different reports.
- Set Role
- based Access and permissions.
- Customize Customer Journey Mapping.
- Customize departmental based customization in CRM.
- Customize feed in to CRM from other tools or in-house dialer.
- Ability to customize and integrate in-house CRM to other tools.
- Collect internal feedback from users to make necessary improvements in CRM layout or workflows.
- Keep track of all customizations and ensure they are documented.
- Regularly test and update plugins or scripts after CRM upgrades.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of total work experience in CRM management or administration.
- 1+ year of experience in Zoho CRM.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Testing & development experience of Zoho.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail Oriented & Organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of integrating CRM to other departmental software.
- Customization & development of current and new tools.
- **Comfortable with UK shift timings (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM).**
