Jd:
- **Job Objective**: To ensure effective maintenance and updation of applicable systems for IT (E
connect etc.), MIS (Daily management and reporting etc.) and Lead Management

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. MIS and Information Management
- Understand sales and marketing plans from superior and provide MIS support accordingly.
- Act as a central point for all key functions - Sales, marketing, operations and logistics and

finance and accounts with regard to data updation and information availability.
- Collate order indents from sales team and transfer the requirements to the Operations team

through updation on systems on time.
- Should have knowledge of ERP

2. Lead Management
- Ensure collation and updation of all leads generated by the sales team.
- Support the sales team in following up with the identified consumers and support in

conversion of the leads.
- Prepare require reports for the Lead management system.

3. Self Development
- Participate in performance reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
- Incorporate feedback provided in regular day-to-day working

4. Initiatives
- Support in implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems &processes
- *Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior
