Construction Site Coordinator

The Construction Site Coordinator will plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project. He will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities for residential and commercial building projects of our company. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Coordinator will acts as a liaison between various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds the project's quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks. Address and rectify any quality issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including daily logs, progress reports & get reviewed progress reports for Management on daily basis.
- Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions with proper purchase management system. Maintain all records and present as and when require.
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.
- Allocation and management of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure optimal use of resources to prevent wastage and delays.
- Identify potential issues or conflicts and develop proactive solutions. Handle any on-site problems with urgency and efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate inspections and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
