Designation: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the DSA channel for LAP, ensuring achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of DSAs to effectively promote LAP products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the DSA channel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the mortgage or banking industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Sound understanding of mortgage lending products and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
