You will be tasked with evaluating various aspects of the operations to guarantee adherence to established standards, procedures, and client requirements. This role demands a meticulous approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assessments to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement process enhancements.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and feedback to improve quality.
- Communicate with clients regarding quality assurance.
- Conduct audits to maintain compliance.
- Prepare reports summarizing quality findings and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies.
- Detailed Oriented.

**Shift**:01:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST - Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
