Perform Daily/weekly/monthly quality assurance audits for call recordings of sales executives.
- Assist in implementing changes or modifications to the Agents Quality Assurance evaluation process.
- Provide management with timely reports documenting findings from the process audits that identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the Operations team in employing innovative methods and give feedback to improve the overall customer experience
- Ensure that training needs are created and shared with Training team
- Participate in training and development of individuals when required
- Make recommendations to minimize/ eliminate errors in the process.
- Accurately completing approx. 500- 600 audits each month.
- Accurately reporting defects to the business units tracking the actions taken by the business unit

**Qualification & Criteria**:

- Minimum Graduation
- Minimum 1 - 2 years as QA - Call Auditing
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
