Executive-quality and Audit Department

The Executive in the Quality Department will ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations. The role involves implementing, monitoring, and improving quality processes, conducting audits, and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement and maintain QMS in accordance with ISO or other relevant standards.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and logistics operations.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain proper documentation for all quality-related activities.
- Train employees on quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance and improvements.
- Ensure that third-party services align with quality standards.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Auditor) is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
