**Job Title: Call Quality Auditor**

**Job Type**: Full-time

As a Call Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, professionalism, and compliance of our relationship managers' interactions with clients. You will be responsible for listening to the calls and reviewing chat communications to identify any deviations from company policies, regulatory requirements, or best practices. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in uncovering potential errors or areas for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Listen to outbound and inbound calls and review chat communications conducted by relationship managers.
- Identify and document 5 to 10 mistakes per relationship manager daily.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting identified errors and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to address recurring issues and implement corrective measures.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to relationship managers to help them improve their performance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance during audits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a financial services or call center environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry (e.g., KYC, AML) is a plus.
- Previous experience in training or coaching staff members is desirable.
