Supervise daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Manage and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking products and supplies.
- Ensure proper stock levels by conducting regular stock counts and organizing replenishments when necessary.
- Create and maintain accurate inventory records, updating databases with incoming and outgoing stock.
- Implement and enforce safety and security measures to minimize losses and theft.
- Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to store policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage product deliveries and ensure on-time shipments.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and merchandising strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, adjusting stock and store displays to meet customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, stock reports, and schedules for the team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
