Job Description"Position Title - Store Incharge "

Reports To:

- Factory Head Department

Store Experience : 10yrs & Above

**Job Purpose-**
- To manage stock within the facility and enable a seamless link to order processing and logistics management in order to send products outside the facility.
- To ensure smooth movement of stock/ raw material from the store through strict discipline in receiving & issuance.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities-**

Receipt & Issues, Scrap, Bin Management
- Allocate resources efficiently to enhance productivity and reduce operational cost.
- Maintain Physical inventory of the material received and issued.
- Monitor PIV (Physical Inventory Verification) system to maintain accuracy of store stock.
- Executing materials to designated areas after QC approval.
- Issue material to production through and execute ERP entries and reports generation.
- Report to senior management monthly or whenever its required about slow moving and non-moving material (Packing,Raw Material, Semi Finished Goods).
- To maintain quality of material kept in storage according to their life and same need to inform on timely basis to QC dept.
- Goods received need to be clarify whether its required urgently or need to shift at cold storage.
- Report about stock analysis on regular basis if any Gap identify should inform respective department it will be the responsibility of store incharge.
- Execute Gate Entry and GRN linking to PO at receipt to ensure proper documentation of receipts & invoices.
- Ensure stock analysis on regular bases, if any Gap arises should inform the respective department. For any Gap arises he will be solely liable for it.
- Participate in day to day issue closure and ensure adherence of all store processes.
- Interact with the purchase department to effectively control material scheduling and planning.
- Clear Rejection raising debit note to internal / external vendors and logistic arrangement.
- Ensure and monitor daily in/out of customer/supplier bins.
- Conduct and record (monthly).
- Derive Bin requirement for new parts/products.
- Ensure complete adherence to BATCH NO for inward and issue.
- Ensure FIFO has been carried out. Monthly Submission of Ageing Report.
- Record and publish monthly reports for BATCH NO adherence.
- Ensure the cleanliness & hygiene of plant & personnel in the section
- Record/maintain store KPI and monthly presentation for department."

**Other Responsibilities-**
- Implementation of KAIZEN / 5s & Continuous Improvement related to Cost, Quality, Safety & related Processes.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and Stock records.
- Plan and Organize daily/weekly/ monthly stocktake activity.
- Ensure material is kept as per specifications and standardization to assist proper identification. - Proper utilization of SOP as per the company policy.
- Don't accept any financial / gift from the company supplier / Vendors.
