**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Connecting with customers in order to sell, manage, obtain information
- Prepare a strong pitch to open doors in target accounts; Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets and identifying key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timelines
- Outbound Calling to Prospects based on business research guidelines from Sales team
- Support sales via targeted research & focused outreach campaign
- Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining product features
- Providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
- Maintaining reporting covering lead funnel, warm leads, call reports and prospect feedback
- Learn and demonstrate fundamental understanding of the offerings and clearly convey advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
