**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, proactive outreach, and personalized interactions.
- **Product/Service Education**: Educate clients on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to maximize their usage.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and address client issues or challenges promptly, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement, and relay this information to relevant stakeholders.
- **Client Retention**: Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences, implementing strategies to enhance retention and minimize churn.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions to client issues or concerns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
