**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data maintenance of product-related information.
**Optimize the Fulfilment of Applications received in various Products.**
**Upgrade API Docs by creating business and product related details within the docs.**:

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements for the new features and product updates.
- Create and maintain basic documentation to support product operations (e.g., user manuals, FAQs).
- Assist the product team with other operational tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- A keen interest in learning about product operations and B2B SaaS products.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL).
