Baheri Consultancy is a dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Marketing agency and we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to CEO/Founder and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by the Founder/CEO.
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings.
- Assist in the management and prioritization of tasks and projects.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with other team members to facilitate seamless workflow.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Safeguard confidential documents and ensure secure communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
