Vantage Circle is a profitable company that has grown more than 2X in Revenues from last year. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with the ability to identify and build relations with prominent influencers and thought leaders for the podcast and webinar initiatives of Vantage Circle. The position offers great benefits and extensive opportunities for progress in this exciting and fast-moving company and industry in return for hard work and dedication. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Guest identification, scheduling interviews, managing communication for guest availability, ensuring recording preparation & set up, and possibly doing pre-call with guests from the HR and corporate wellness field for our podcasts and webinars. - Maintain continuous relationships with influencers and be the lead for any queries. - Keep the team up-to-date on the influencer's trends - emerging trends and best practices. - Coordinate with hosts and editors to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met. - Proactively come up with ideas and strategies to bring efficiencies to our podcast and webinar production workflow process. - Managing and maintaining a list of influencers for our ready reference for podcasts, webinars, and various social media collaborations. Research competitors, target audience, and users. - Coordinating with different companies for featuring our CEO and CTO on different platforms. - Listing our podcasts, and webinars on different websites, involve in co-marketing activities, and elevating our brand awareness, seamlessly. **REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or media & communications. - Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies - 1-2 years of experience is desirable.
