**Job Summary**

The Social Media Influencer will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's educational products and services across various social media platforms. This individual will create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, increases brand awareness, and drives user engagement and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, blogs) tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other media assets.
- Regularly update social media accounts with fresh content that aligns with marketing campaigns and brand voice.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with the audience.
- **Brand Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that promote the company’s educational products and services.
- Participate in product launches, webinars, and other promotional events, providing live coverage and creating buzz.
- Partner with other influencers and brands to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.
- Provide regular reports on social media activities, including growth, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize content and improve social media strategy.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Represent the EdTech company positively and professionally at all times.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into social media content.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and create live content.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a social media influencer or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience creating content across multiple social media platforms.
- Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Work Environment**
- This position may require working remotely or from the company’s office.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate social media engagement and live event coverage.
- Travel is required for events, conferences, and collaborations.

**Application Process**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
