**ROLE;
- SAP Operators**

**Responsibilities;-**

Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, SAP or any other computer software. To majorly work on MM module & S&D in SAP. Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.,
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, SAP or any other computer software.
- Must have knowledge of SAP (Production Module), MS Excel (V Look up & Pivot Table), good typing speed.
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
- Maintains a filing system and coordinating with team to get all supporting details of transactions.
- Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
- Maintain data of the company and doing MIS work.
- To maintain proper invoice of dispatch as well as filling it.
- Managing and providing expected reports to immediate superior and the management.

**Knowledge**: Advance computer knowledge MS Office, SAP (MM & S&D, Production) and other equivalent software Skills: Planning and managing Skills, Problem resolving skills.

**Abilities**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Attitude: Learning attitude,
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & etc.)
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality
- Good written and oral communication
- working in shifts

**Experience;**
- 0 - 2 years experience is required.
- Opening is for **THREE **Positions.(Male Only)

**CTC; **₹20000 - Rs.25000/- per month based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
