- Support for troubleshooting and configuration of SAP transactions.
- Implement system fixes and/or improvements
- Document playbooks related SAP functionality.
- SAP enhancements.
- Ensuring that the processes or projects are in line with the company policies.
- Operate, Administrate and monitoring the good functionality of SAP.
- Interact with all the functional areas for develop and design the administrative processes for SAP usage.
- Define and Document all the process and transactions for support and the correct usage of SAP.
- Identify business and user needs in SAP, develop and present action plans.
- Mentoring, Train, Support and Solve problems in SAP for the End User in the different departments or areas.
- Participate in the different programs such as, Continus Improvement, Kaizen, 5´S etc
- Coordinate Access to SAP or required roles for End User to achieve their functions
- Systems performance monitoring (MII)
