**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada for sales, service, or support
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone
- Maintain a record of calls and customer responses
- Follow-up on leads and maintain customer satisfaction
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
