**Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products, services, or campaigns.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to supervisors.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum [High School Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree preferred].
- **Experience**: Prior tele-calling or customer service experience is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident approach to customer interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in [English,Hindi ].

**Performance Metrics**
- Number of calls made/received daily.
- Conversion rate for sales or lead generation.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
