**Job Description** Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Market/ Competition analysis & research.
- Develop the marketing materials and presentations specific to client requirements.
- Business Development Activities - lead generation through calling and meeting and conducting demos & generating business.
- Following up with the customers for closures.
- To achieve the sales/revenue targets.
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitches according to their specifications.
- Post-sales support & up-selling to existing accounts
- A strong commitment to customer service.
- Develop new ideas to achieve sales growth Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.

**Qualifications**
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose

equipment-based solutions for clients
